Shara's Power of Regret

Hmm, okay, so, long story short: Shara’s sister (not by blood) Eliza gets raped by a bandit and gets pregnant as a result. Throughout her whole pregnancy, Shara keeps insisting that Eliza have an abortion or just get rid of it somehow. Eliza doesn’t want to, and carries the baby to term.
When Eliza gives birth to the baby however, it is fully developed, however, it is stillborn. Eliza is torn up over it, and Shara feels terribly guilty, so, through powers she doesn’t understand, Shara manages to give human life back to the baby. Yay! Happy ending and so forth
This would be the moment right after life returns to the baby.
